3. Download the book by using the "click here" download links below (one is set up for US Letter size paper and the other for EC A4 size. This is just for your convenience should you wish to print the book later):

There are two ways to download. 

  1. RIGHT-CLICK the link, select SAVE TARGET AS … and follow the windows’ instructions to download the file to your hard drive. (Recommended.)

  2. :OR

 Just double click the link. Adobe Reader will automatically boot up on your computer. It may take a few minutes before the first page appears. When complete, click the small, black, floppy disk icon just above the page (in the adobe toolbar, not your browser toolbar) and follow the Windows’ instructions to download the file to your hard drive.

Problem solving
